  1. Siapkan 200 grams of cabbage.
  2. Sediakan 100 grams of fish fillet.
  3. Siapkan 3 of outer layer of lemon grass or as needed.
  4. Siapkan 2 tsp of salt and pepper.
  5. Siapkan 1 tsp of ground cumin.

  1. Chop cabbage and place in a pot along with lemon grass, some salt and pepper. sautee for about 5 -7 minutes till the cabbage starts to wilt. no water or oil added..

  3. You may also cook this recipe in the oven. covered with foil for around 30 – 40 minutes on 180c with half a cup of water if needed. chop lemon grass into bits.
  4. Update on HCG drops diet, although they were amazing for both rounds I had to stop using them. I got breast pains every time I tried but it was nothing serious, so be careful that by time your body might not accept it..
